Most counties require one for an inground pool. On turnkey builds we pull the permits and schedule inspections. On DIY builds we'll tell you what your county needs.
Turnkey means we do the work from start to finish. With a DIY kit you or your own crew do the work, and we supply the kit, plans, liner and expert support, with optional on-site help for the hardest steps.
It depends on size, shape, features, access and site work. After the site visit you'll get a written proposal with an exact price and payment schedule.
