Most liner sellers say fit is your problem. We think that's backwards. Every VPLD liner is built from a drawing you approve first, and once you've signed off, we stand behind the fit.
Get Your PriceHow a claim worksA liner is made to your numbers, so the numbers get checked twice: once by us, once by you.
We measure local pools ourselves. Anywhere else, you use our order form or the VPLD A/B measuring tool, step by step.
A real liner installer checks your measurements before anything is ordered and calls you if something doesn't add up.
The manufacturer plots your liner to scale. You look it over and sign off. Nothing goes into production until you do.
Two ways to buy, one promise.
If VPLD measured your pool and the liner doesn't fit, it costs you nothing to fix.
If you sent your measurements through our order form or A/B tool, we reviewed them, and you approved the drawing, a liner that doesn't fit is remade at no charge.
Fit is judged while the liner is being set, before it's cut. Once the faceplates are cut and the pool is filled, a liner can't go back, so the fit is considered accepted at that point.
One remake per order. This guarantee covers fit. Manufacturing defects such as seam separation fall under the manufacturer's warranty, and we file that claim for you so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer yourself.
